The Farage Riots

I was really disgusted by the racism on show throughout the Farage riots in England over the past 7 days.

Before I could get this poem finished, the situation seems to have shifted to the left with the anti-protest movement mobilising to face off (peacfully) against these thugs.

And the initial batch of racist rioters are now being sentenced for their crimes, which might be taking the momentum out of the riots.

It probably also helps that its raining today.

So here's my poem giving observations of the far-right's performances over the past 7 days.

They pelted cops with bricks and eggs.
They stole some sausage rolls from Greggs.
They looted Shoezone for some Crocs.
They snorted powder, threw some rocks.
They showed their Nazi-themed tattoos,
They stole some supermarket booze,
Some sparkly bath bombs, mobile phones.
They battered Muslim shops and homes.
They set a roadblock, caused a queue,
With only English cars let through.
Attacking people, brown and black.
They think they're taking England back.
